Family & Juvenile Law

Family and Juvenile Attorney in Mansfield and New Lexington, Ohio

Family Law

The practice of Family Law generally encompasses Divorce, Dissolution, Legal Separation, Paternity, Custody and Adoptions. These cases involve the most intimate and important aspects of peoples' lives. In coding the severity of examples of life events that create psycho-social stressors, the American Psychiatric Association has historically rated marital separation as “severe” and divorce as “extreme.” Issues of custody and parenting orders for children, their own financial future, the fair and equitable division of their property, medical insurance coverage and many other issues related to their particular circumstances all lead to making this a very traumatic time for everyone involved.

For nearly 40 years, members of Inscore, Rinehardt, Whitney and Enderle have been effectively handling the full range of Family Law issues. They have the knowledge to give competent advice to clients who find themselves in need.
Many parties seeking advice for their particular circumstances will come to our office with preconceived ideas about what will happen in their case. Those ideas are often conveyed to them by well-meaning and concerned family and friends who have experienced a divorce or custody proceeding. While this information is intended to be helpful, prospective clients need to understand that although certain principles generally apply to all cases, the facts of each case are unique to that client's circumstances. Experienced counsel is needed to take the unique facts and circumstances of each client's case and develop their case in a manner that is designed to achieve a favorable outcome for them and their family. We provide realistic and straightforward advice designed to achieve the best result we believe is possible with the least emotional and financial devastation.

Juvenile Law

The practice of juvenile Law usually falls into four categories:
  1. Delinquency including criminal and unruly charges
  2. Dependency, abuse and neglect cases;
  3. Truancy
  4. Juvenile Traffic Offenders
Juvenile Courts operate separately from the Common Pleas and Municipal Courts as they are unique and try to achieve the goal of rehabilitation for children. The juvenile court system has a single goal to provide the best possible future life for the children in its system.

For nearly 40 years, the firm of Inscore, Rinehardt, Whitney and Enderle has been protecting the rights of minors. We provide legal representation for minors charged with any type of illegal activity including drug abuse, theft, assault, disorderly conduct, underage consumption and curfew violations. The attorneys at Inscore, Rinehardt, Whitney and Enderle have the expertise to help you understand the Juvenile Court system and how best to assert and protect your rights and those of your children.

IRWE also protects the legal rights of adults accused of contributing to the delinquency of minors and in those actions wherein agencies are attempting to terminate parental rights based on allegations of abuse, dependency or neglect.
